central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

A few isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible this evening in
eastern areas. No severe storms are anticipated.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Periodic showers and thunderstorm chances return Saturday night into
early next week. At this time, the severe threat is uncertain.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed tonight.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight

Scattered showers and thunderstorms move back into the area from
west to east this afternoon and evening. The threat for any
organized severe weather is low, however locally heavy rainfall
is possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Chances for a few thunderstorms continue into Thursday. The
severe weather threat for that period is low at this time.

Additional thunderstorm chances appear Sunday and into early next
week. The severe threat for that period remains uncertain at this
time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected today, but any wind or hail
reports are appreciated.

central South Dakota, north central South Dakota and northeast
South Dakota.

Rain showers, along with a thunderstorm or two, will occur throughout
the day. Areas east of the James River Valley will have the best
chance of seeing rainfall amounts in excess of one half inch occur
this afternoon into the early evening hours.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
